Leadership Programs

The Regent College Leadership Course is a unique programme designed to foster leadership and maturity in our students, Experimental in nature, it promotes a reflective and practical approach to learning.

Modules are delivered though seminal readings, group discussions, personal reflections and tea, activities, culminating in written reflections, mini-projects or exhibitions.

The Regent College Leadership Course curriculum includes;

The Regent College students will be immersed into leadership at the very beginning of their studies through a  meticulously planned induction and orientation programme.

Students will work in teams to accomplish challenging tasks that will demand they think both critically and creatively in order to succeed. These activities are designed to simulate real life experiences.

In debriefing sessions, students will be encouraged to discuss their responses in untested situations, and to examine how they relate to their team members.

They will keep a journal to record their learning and assess their growth periodically
