Students will work in teams to accomplish challenging tasks that will demand they think both critically and creatively in order to succeed. These activities are designed to simulate real life experiences.
In debriefing sessions, students will be encouraged to discuss their responses in untested situations, and to examine how they relate to their team members.
They will keep a journal to record their learning and assess their growth periodically
